This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 10.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 10.06.2016, enquiry is being conducted by the second respondent-Police and a letter to the Office of Sub Registrar, Soolagiri, Krishnagiri District has been addressed seeking certain details.

Under such circumstances, the second respondent-police shall proceed with the enquiry or close the case under intimation to the petitioner.
