Crl.O.P.No. 8679 of 2024 T.V. THAMILSELVI, J Today, when the matter came up under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. He further submitted this Court already granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 8679 of 2024 by order dated 08.04.2024 and there was some mistake in the cause title of the bail order inadvertently mentioned. Therefore, he seeks to rectify the following error:- "By order dated 08.04.2024, in the cause title, Muthusamy @ Babu instead of Munusamy @ Babu, it shall be replaced Munusamy @ Babu".

2. Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the parties concerned.

3. In all other respects, the order dated 08.04.2024 shall remain unaltered.
