ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 382 days in filing the above criminal appeal.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioners. 3.Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and he has got no objection in allowing this petition. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioners have been convicted and it is a statutory appeal, for rendering substantial justice, this Court feels that delay to be condoned.
