Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent relating to order in PR.No.138/H3/2010 dated 13.02.2011, quash the penalty of "Compulsory Retirement" and reinstate him in service with consequential benefits of back pay continuity of service etc.

Though the prayer in the writ petition is to quash the penalty of "Compulsory Retirement", it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if the Appeal filed by the petitioner in July, 2011 and the reminder dated 22.05.2012 are directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as the copies of the appeal and reminder are also enclosed in the typed set of papers, the first respondents is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in July, 2011 and the reminder dated 22.05.2012 against the order of compulsory retirement, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
