3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.287 of 2024, the respondent filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Chengam on 26.11.2024.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
