2. The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the e-auction notice dated 02.03.2019. The said notice states that auction was to take place on 10.04.2019. It is admitted by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned counsel for the petitioner that no auction took place on 10.04.2019 as stated in the notice dated 02.03.2019. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, W.M.P.No.11581 of 2019 is closed.
