The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to declare that the collection of arrears of Rs.94,189/- in respect of the Electricity Service Connection bearing S.C.No.105:22:405 pertaining to the premises No.42, Moore Street, Chennai-600 001, is bad in law.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner has already remitted Rs.94,189/- to the respondent and hence nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
