This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner as he has been forced to undergo the ordeal under the pretext of enquiry by the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the respondents are harassing the petitioner under the pretext of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.
