PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act to modify the condition imposed as para 7(b) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of RS 1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime.No. 160 of 2024, before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready and on such deposit the de-facto complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount Page No.1 of 4

ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed as para 7(b) by which the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime.No. 160 of 2024, before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready and on such deposit the de-facto complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount on filing undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgement;." in Crl.O.P.NO.8970 of 2024 dated 13.06.2024.

3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for modification, this Court is not inclined to modify condition no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8970 of 2024 dated 13.06.2024.
