Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to expeditiously pass orders in its Proceedings initiated in pursuance to the Memo No.4576/2019/A2 dated 06.03.2019 issued by the Respondent seeking explanation from the Petitioner, for which the petitioner had submitted his detailed explanation dated 09.03.2019 refuting the recommendations of the State Human Rights Commission in S.H.R.C.No.2981 of 2018 dated 04.02.2019, benefits within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the complaint preferred against him before the State Human Rights Commission was enquired into and the Commissions submitted a report to the authorities. Based on the report submitted by the Commission, a show cause notice was issued to the writ petitioner and the writ petitioner had already submitted his explanations/objections in respect of the report submitted by the Human Rights Commission. However, no final order has been passed in this regard.

2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the pendency of the proceedings are causing prejudice and the writ petitioner is unable to get his service benefits including promotions.

3.This being the factum, the respondent is directed to consider the explanations as well as the materials available on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

record and pass orders on merits and in accordance wit law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
