ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.08.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342, 366, 354A, 354B, 354D & 506(ii) of I.P.C. r/w.7, 8 @ 3 r/w.4 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.662 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, through the social media had developed friendship with the victim girl, which relationship continued and the petitioner had forced the victim girl to come out of the house. The victim girl left the home and eloped with the petitioner to Thiruvannamalai, where the petitioner tried to commit sexual penetration to the victim girl. Hence, the respondent Police registered a case.
3. It is seen from the records that this is the fifth bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier bail applications were dismissed by this Court on 28.09.2021, 26.11.2021, 16.02.2022 and 29.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.17959, 20487 of 2021 and 1723 and 7062 of 2022, respectively.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the fifth bail petition.
