ORDER

This petition has been filed by the wife seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2014 filed by the respondent/husband before the learned Subordinate Judge, Kanchipuram and to transfer the same to the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. 2.When the matter is called today, both the parties have appeared before this Court. The petitioner would submit that, now, she is residing and working in Chengalpet and the respondent is also working in Chengalpet and hence, both the matters can be transferred to the Family Court, Chengalpet.

3.The respondent is present before this Court and he also agreed that at present, he is working in Chengalpet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking into consideration the above facts, for the convenience of the parties, it is appropriate for this Court to transfer both the matters to the Family Court, Chengalpet. Accordingly, the case in H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kanchipuram and O.P.No.3506 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned II Additional Family Court, Chennai are transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet. The transferor Courts are directed to transmit the papers pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2014 and O.P.No.3506 of 2014 to the file of the transferee Court forthwith. 5.With the above directions, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
