ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 23.05.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same and to proceed as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was pending in CSR.No.280 of 2016 and the same has been closed after recording the statement of the petitioner and his son Vijay. The learned counsel for the petitioner is furnished with a copy of the said statement.
