The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though this Court granted anticipatory in Crl.O.P No.5343 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022, on condition to deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) in the concerned District Collector's fund within seven days from the date of receipt of order and report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.

2. Due to inability of the petitioner to mobilize Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only), the order could not be complied within seven days from the date of receipt of order copy, therefore had filed fresh anticipatory bail petition.

3. Since anticipatory bail order states that; " if the petitioner failed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this order shall stand automatically cancelled'' 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to deposit the money within 22.04.2022.
