This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Spl. C.C No. 7 of 2022 on the file of the Special court for EC/NDPS Act, Salem.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 14.09.2020 the respondent police intercepted the TATA Ace vehicle bearing registeration No. KA 52 A 0535, thereby the respondent police found the petitioner along with other accused person with the possession of 150 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Further, the petitioner is ready to abide any condition as impose by this court. On the other side, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side ) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused found to be in illegal possession of 150 kgs of ganja.

4. Considering the fact that the accused person has transported 150 kgs of Ganja and also it is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Further, the Trial Court is directed to complete the Trial within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
