The present petition is filed u/s.482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records in C.C.No.67 of 2021 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet and quash the same. 2.Though, the matter is listed today for consideration of this Court, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present to prosecute the matter. Hence the Criminal Original petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected petitions are also dismissed.
