Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to executing the bond with the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram in Crl.O.P.No.5928 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022 to pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.SARAVANABHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 15.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5928 of 2022 to execute the bond with sureties.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.5928 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022 is extended till 17.06.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
