Again, when the matter was called on 24.11.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence this Court directed the Tr.C.M.Ps. to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 07.12.2017.

Today (i.e. on 15.12.2017), when the Tr.C.M.Ps. are taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner, either in person or through counsel, inspite of the matter being listed in the said caption.
