This application has been filed to order substituted service to the unsecured creditors in the above petition.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and upon perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to effect substituted service to the unsecured creditors, by mentioning the date of hearing as 23.08.2024, by way of Paper Publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", having circulation at Chennai and Marudai and also in one issue of "Business Standard", having circulation at Kerala, Mumbai and Odisha, returnable by 23.08.2024.

5. Post the matter on 23.08.2024.
