The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that there is an on-line scam, some of the suspected accused are Nigerians, about 10 accounts maintained in India been identified and accounts freezed. He further states that since the cross border offence, sufficient time is required to complete the investigation.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to expedite the trial and file final report as early as possible.
