This application has been filed for extension of Mandate of the learned arbitrator for a period of 45 days.

2. Notice has been served to the respondents and the names of the respondents were also printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 2 months.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
