ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until framing of Page No.1 of 4
charges and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32100 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32100 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 is relaxed.
