O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.170 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that in view of the agreement entered into between the petitioner and respondent before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai, the respondent has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.170 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.170 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Madurai, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.170 of 2017 to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
