2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was already convicted on 09.08.2021. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
