This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 444 days in filing appeal.
2. Though notice served on the respondent and it name appear in the cause-list, there is no representation for the respondent.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.8569 of 2025 is allowed.
5. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
6. It is made clear in the event of petitioners' success in the main appeal, the petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 444 days.
