This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on all Page No.1 of 4
working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22948 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22948 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024 is relaxed.
