Learned counsel for the petitioner/husband as well as the learned counsel for the respondent/wife are present. 2.This Court duly received the Mediation Report along with Joint Compromise Memo filed by the petitioner and the respondent dated 20.02.2015, as per which, both the parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre along with their counsel and settled the issue between them in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo above referred to. The Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.
3.The Transfer Petition is disposed of in terms of Joint Compromise Memo filed by both the parties dated 20.02.2015. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 20.02.2015 shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
