This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the name of investigation for a unregistered Crime number without following due process of law.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint received from the counter party enquiry was conducted and issued CSR.No.50 of 2020 and subsequently, which was closed on 10.07.2020.
