Heard Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The learned Senior counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader informed this Court that the order of suspension issued by the School Authorities, had been withdrawn by the third respondent, the writ petitioner was reinstated in service and fresh orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

were issued in this regard by following the Rules. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, no further adjudication is required in this writ petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
