2. The defendants' counsel has not made any serious objections to allow the application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the A.No.1976 of 2024 in C.S.No.528 of 2019 is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to file the amended copy of the plaint on or before 29.04.2024.

6. List the matter on 30.04.2024.
