ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 468 of IPC, in Crime No.243 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a worker of the defacto complainant's company. It is alleged that the petitioner along with accused have entered into criminal conspiracy and stolen crude sunflower oil which amounts to Rs.13,86,619/- Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor would submit that the petitioner is in charge of entering the quantity of oils received from other companies and even after receiving oils he has manipulated the inward entries by showing lesser quantity than the one received and made loss to the company to the tune of Rs.13,86,619/-. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner cheated the defacto complainant's company by stealing crude sunflower oil to the tune Rs.13,86,619/- Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and the amount involved is very high, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
