The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.6948 of 2021 dated 25.01.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that in W.A.No.1735 of 2024, an undertaking was given before the Hon'ble Division Bench that this contempt petition will not be prosecuted till the disposal of the writ appeal. 3.In the light of the above development, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
