This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 and their subordinates from laying the transmission lines, which passes through the petitioner's lands in S. Nos.207/1G2, 212/4, 2/5

8 & 13 situated at M.Kalipatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the objection of petitioner dated 07.07.2020 for alternative route as per the Sketch - 3 or 4.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to passing of interim orders by this Court, earlier, the relief sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
