2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in the cause title, the name of the respondent police is wrongly mentioned as "Inspector of Police, CCB-CBCID, Egmore, Chennai", but there is no such Police station as stated above.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
