Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd plaintiff had demised just two days prior to the decretal order dated 05.03.2025 and the legal heirs of the 2nd plaintiff are sought to be impleaded in the appeal to meet the ends of justice and therefore, prayed for accepting the cause title.
