This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 (1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to relax the bail condition of reporting before the respondent police W8, Thirumangalam All Women Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.00 a.m. in Crl.M.P.No.951 of 2019 in S.C.No.22 of 2019 dated 22.01.2019 on the file of the Sessions Court, Mahila. This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.951 of 2019 dated 22.01.2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai in S.C.No.22 of 2019.
2. It is reported that the petitioner is reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. from 06.02.2019 to till date.
3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the said condition is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court during every date of hearing without fail.
