ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to act upon a Complaint given by the petitioner who is an advocate, to the effect that his Clerk is missing. The Complaint has been taken on file in CSR No.69 of 2019. Till date, no action has been taken.
2. The respondent Police is directed to register a man missing FIR based on the Complaint pending in CSR No.69 of 2019.
3. The respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
