Crl.M.P.No.7664 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.752 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY.J., This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment, the judgment dated 22.10.2021 passed in Crl.A.No.5 of 2018 on the file of III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi confirming the judgment dated 09.01.2018 passed in C.C.No.259 of 2006 by learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Case.
2. In view of the repeated opportunities, the petitioner has not surrendered before the Trial Court.
3. Therefore, this petition for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
4. In the meanwhile, the respondent/complainant is entitled to approach the Trial Court and the Trial Court shall issue/ execute the warrant and commit the petitioner into prison to undergo the sentence.
