This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4138 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4138 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders .
