The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 4 & 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2017 and reminder representation dated 19.05.2017 to measure the boundaries in respect of the land in Survey No.14/4 measuring an extent of 0.9700 acres which is situated in Vellaiyur Village. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2017 to measure the lands, the respondents 4 & 5 have not measured the same yet.

3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents 4 & 5 may be directed to measure the land in accordance with law. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the respondents 4 & 5, on payment of necessary charges, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2017 and reminder dated 19.05.2017 and measure the boundaries of the land in Survey No.14/4, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
