O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw the Suit in O.S.No.205 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottriyur and transfer the same to the file of XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.S.No.5759 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he has no objection for transferring the petition. The contesting defendant in O.S.No.5759 of 2013, who is the first respondent has got no objection. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
