This Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.684 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case final report filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition No.2 imposed on the petitioner is modified as follows:

2) The petitioner shall produce the property documents worth about Rs.20 lakhs before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such original documents being produced, the concerned Magistrate is directed to verify the veracity of the documents and the value of the property and on satisfaction, the original documents should be retained with the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur. The petitioner is directed to comply with the aforesaid order, failing which, the order dated 01.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.684 of 2024 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur shall stand automatically cancelled. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
