This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition at paragraph 4 (d) imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.19662 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1514 of 2025. 1/4

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that this Court, while suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19662 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1514 of 2025, vide order dated 25.10.2025, imposed inter alia a condition directing the petitioner/appellant to report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and also shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the criminal appeal. It is further submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the said condition without fail from 02.11.2025. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a septuagenarian suffering from age related ailments and therefore, finds it difficult to travel a distance of 140 kilometers. Hence, he prayed to relax the said condition. 3.
Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.
Having heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and upon perusal of the materials available on record and also taking note of the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition at paragraph 4 (d) imposed by this Court. 2/4

Accordingly, the condition at paragraph 4(d) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19662 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1514 of 2025 vide order dated 25.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 6.
With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
