(This case has been heard through video conference) These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.5029 and 5031 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.Nos.4127 and 4529 of 2021 dated 22.04.2021.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the Government Advocate( Crl side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
4. Considering the submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl side) that the petitioners have not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
