This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to comply the order dated 09.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.903 of 2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the First Information Report has already been registered in Crime No.267 of 2022 and investigation is going on.

4. As the FIR has already been registered, no further order is required in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
