ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, through this petition, has prayed for removal of certain statutes installed, on the allegation that installation of such statutes is in violation of G.O.Ms.No.183, dated 23.05.2017, and orders passed by the the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.8519 of 2006.
2. The allegation requires enquiry, survey and spot inspection to verify the same. Instead of keeping this petition pending, we are inclined to dispose of the same with a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to examine and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2024, one way or the other in the light of Government order dated 23.05.2017.
3. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
