Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the order dated 25.10.2025 passed in E.P.No.1/2022 in H.R.C.O.P.No.4/2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Karaikal.

CMP No. 11420 of 2026 To stay all further proceedings in E.P.No.1/2022 in H.R.C.O.P.No.4/2017, more specifically, the delivery of the suit property by 30.04.2026 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Karaikal, pending disposal of the present CRP.

Mr.K.V.Babu Order Mr.K.V.Babu, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondent, submitted that he undertakes to file vakalat before the Registry. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent also produced the Daily Status of the proceedings in EP.No.1/2022 and submitted that the delivery was effected, recorded and the EP was closed as early as on 06.04.2026 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. 3.From a reading of the Daily Status of the proceedings in EP.No.1/2022, it appears that the delivery warrant was executed, the petition mentioned property was handed over to the petitioner and the delivery was effected. Even

the stay petition filed by the third party, was returned and the EP was closed on 06.04.2026, recording delivery.

4.In view of the fact that the Execution Proceedings was closed, recording delivery, as early as on 06.04.2026, this Court finds that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

5.Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
