This petition has been filed under Section 34(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to set aside the Award dated 08.07.2015 and not served on the petitioners, made by the Arbitrator in the dispute in Arbitration Case No.(EF/CAR) ACP:76 of 2014 between the petitioner and first respondent as illegal, without jurisdiction and not a proper disposal of the case and direct the first respondent to pay the cost of the petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents have been settled.

5. In view of the above submission and the memo for reporting settlement, this Original Petition stands dismissed as settled out of court. Registry is directed to refund the court fee to the petitioner in accordance with the procedure. No costs.
