O R D E R

The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for an offence under Sections 294(b), 506(2) and 420 of IPC in Crime No.578 of 2020, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.6449 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 08 .04.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, further no change of circumstances arises for considering second anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
