Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2015 and conduct an enquiry tó plug the loopholes created by unscrupulous persons in the scheme.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims that he is a subscriber of gas cylinders from one Saba Gas Agency, situate at No.51, Vandikaran Road, Maduvankarai, Guindy, Chennai-600032 and his consumer number is 10103. Pursuant to the Government of India policy that the subsidy payable to domestic gas connection will be deposited in the concerned bank of the consumers, the petitioner has also registered his name. However, to his shock and surprise, he came to know that his bank account has been credited as if he has purchased four gas cylinders, whereas the petitioner family used to consume only one cylinder for every two months. The petitioner, pointing out the said irregularity, has submitted a representation dated 25.05.2015 to the first respondent and though it was acknowledged, he has not been favoured with any response and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent.
4. This Court, in the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2015, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2015 after putting on notice the petitioner and the persons concerned and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
